1 Tbsp gluten-free tamari
Four massive eggs
2 bundles (6 half oz) soba noodles (buckwheat noodles)
2 cups steamed greens (broccoli, broccoli rabe, kale, and many others.) or packed uncooked spinach
Black sesame seeds (elective)
Minced recent pink Thai chili (elective)
Four cups (1 cup per serving) just-boiled water from the kettle, for serving

Instructions:
