Because Meals Allergy Awareness Month also takes place to be Mental Overall health Awareness Month, I decided to compile a list of allergy-friendly sources for any individual who’s obtaining this stage of the allergy journey specifically challenging.
When it comes to meals allergies, I can attest to the reality that there are undoubtedly ups and downs. You go from becoming devastated, to angry, to I’ve got this! — and then a single day, it all falls apart once again.
But don’t forget: This as well shall pass.
And for these days when it all feels just a bit as well overwhelming, do not be ashamed to ask for support — regardless of whether that be in a help group, at a therapist’s workplace, or more than drinks with a group of allergy moms.
Hoping this list tends to make your allergy journey a small less difficult!
